How this archive handles new developments and corrections
A transparent, additive process for keeping information current without rewriting the historical record.
New entries are added with their publication date and source links. Existing entries are preserved; if a correction is necessary, the correction should identify what changed, why, and when.
Priority is given to court records, official statements, and established news organizations. Reporting that cannot be independently traced will not be converted into a factual timeline entry.
The current status stated on this site reflects reporting available on September 7, 2026: a mistrial was declared on September 4, and no publicly confirmed retrial decision is included here.
